To get an answer you will have to state the condition of the pistol & is it still working?

Marksman doesn't list the cocking effort but believe me it's very little. The pistol only fires a 220 FPS and that is slow.

Made in 1955. Release the lever on the left side, let the slide pop back. Tip the end of the barrel down. Load a pellet or bb. Close the barrel. push the slide forward. Fire.
