Well I thought this would help here are some things you might experience before you get you your period.
-Cravings
-Mood Swings (emotional)
-Discharge
-Cramps
-Headaches
-Breast growth (for about 2-3 year usually before you get it)
I would say you should carry pads/tampons in your bag backpack or locker you never know when you might get it. Hope this help!
