So you deactivated your accout and all and when you try to log in it will say that your account has been deactivated, log in to reactivate your account...I know from experience..
either you did something to have them phinsh your account for the time being, or someone's hacked it. send the facebook members an email from whatever you use for email like yahoo, gmail, msn, aim, aol... sh!t like that. they'll tell you whats going on. they did for me when my account was phinshed for no reason. they deactivated the wrong account by mistake, so that's might have what happened. just email them; they'll let you know.
Why yes you can privet talk on facebook, i say the easy way to privet talk is to message them just click the persons account you want to talk to and by the poke button there's a message button click it and you will know what to do after that.
Well it depends as if you just forgot your password like me then i can still use it but just cant check it using that!!So i don't know really!

The only way to know if your Facebook has been hacked is if the profile is posting spam and/or your password has been changed .
Bit vauge my friend. I do know that at one my time my ex-girlfriend guessed/hacked my e-mail and reset my facebook account password. Could check that out

it depends if you know who hacked it then report them on facebook. if you dont you should also reprt the problem on facebook

Unfortunately there are no real consequences. Contact Facebook and report it and ask that your hacked page and e-mail be taken down. They should be able to confirm that you are the "real" owner of the account via your IP address.
It's kinda obvious that you can't hack.. In my book, I've been told that you need a software or program to hack their account. So I don't know. (:
