It looks like you're in one of those situations where a girl is treating you differently to how she used to treat you and you're thinking "did I make this happen?"
The truth of the matter is that there isn't enough information here for me to tell you whether you brought this on or not. However, I think I can assume that if you did in fact make 'things awkward' then you would know about it.
Plus you shouldn't be so quick to blame yourself, I mean maybe this has nothing to do with you and she's acting differently around you for a totally different reason.
