Just by taking the test, Sometimes you can feel pregnant and you are but sometimes I think you could really want to be pregnant so you think you are and may feel some signs and then not be pregnant at all, I think it could all be in your mind sometimes, but also it can be from others things too like stress and not knowing if you are or not can cause the stress, I would just take a test, that way you know yes or no. But I would wait until you miss a period first. I would wait until you miss a period and then just take a test to make sure or not.
