How do you know if its love or lust or infatuation?

All are subject to interpretation. Personal definition. Love, you put the other persons feelings, desires ahead of your own. Lust, your own desires come first. Infatuation, you are easily distracted by the next potential partner or are really not that into the person. Of course you have to be honest with yourself about what you are feeling and be able to see the difference.

Lust is more focused on physical attraction and desire without necessarily a deeper emotional bond.
