The guy would display all the normal signs of liking a girl such as eye contact, flirting, wanting to spend time with you, complimenting you...etc however he might do these things, forgetting about his girlfriend, then hel feel guilty for flirting with you and he might be rude or mean to you to try to make himself feel less guilty. He also might try to avoid you. If he doesn't do these things then he likes you more than his girlfriend or hes a player. Whatever you do dont try and get with him if hes still with her - let him resolve his own problems by himself.

If you know that the girl likes the guy but already has a girlfriend, then spend more time with the girlfriend that the guy already has and then laugh alot areound her and if the girl you're trying to get jealous treat her like a friend but ignore her, but not too harsh!
