it all depends on his personality, many boys will show their feelings in very different ways. it's a very broad subject. but basically, if they're shy, they will most likely look at you when they think you don't notice. if your back was facing them, they'd most likely be looking at you. a way to test this is to turn around very quickly. often times, you will catch them in the act. ;) also, if they're shy, they will "accidentally" end up at the same places as you, both outside of school and in. this might not necessarily mean they'll talk to you-in fact, they most likely won't because they're shy, of course. they don't want to say something stupid and ruin their chances!

if they are more bold and confident, they will often times stare at you and hold your gaze for a couple seconds after you've noticed-not in a creepy way, though. you'll also notice, again, that they hang around the same places as you. however, they'll usually try to find you and make conversation. often times, flirting is involved. this could include teasing, compliments, winks, pick up lines, or even simply looking you in the eye or smiling at you.

there's also the guys who are neither-they could do either both the things shy guys do and the ones that are bold-or they might do absolutely nothing but admire you from a distance. guys aren't all alike, so it's unpredictable how they'll react around their crushes. but 99% of the time, you'll be able to tell if a guy likes you. not for sure, but you just have a hunch, right? well, guess what. this hunch is usually correct. so if you've noticed any of these signs in a certain guy, chances are he's crushing. =]
