Manual method:
Search for that person's name on Facebook. If you see them in the search results and the "Add Friend" button shows up, they have deleted you. If you cannot find them in the search results, they have either deactivated their account or they have blocked you.
Automatic method:
Use a Facebook app that tracks deleted friends for you. Be careful. Many of these are scams that just try to get your information. Use only apps that are approved and have been accepted into the Facebook Application Directory, like n.ervo.us (http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=157064947670698). These apps will not be able to tell you who deleted you in the past, but they will be able to track any future deletions, blocks, or deactivated profiles.
