The Remington Model 9 is a single shot shotgun manufactured during the period of 1902-1910. According to M. J. Kantor who worked for Remington Arms Service Division, in a letter dated December 23, 1969 stated that the total production on the Model 9 was about 200,000. However, current information on the Remington website indicates the production at 66,000.
Depends on how old the shotgun is.
Not a Model 412, a 410 bore shotgun. Pump, Auto, ??? More information needed. If it is a .410 20 years ago the only think that comes to mind they made is a 870 Wingmaster (pump) Well the 11-48 but it would have to had been at least 20 years old when you bought it. The Remington Society of America forums would help you out.
With that type of serial number Tue gun can't be that old. Probably 50
We need a model to start research. You should contact customer service at Remington (who now owns Marlin)
