Out of Area means it does not have a valid US number or a number for whatever country you're in. Private Caller means a person who either started a phone number with *67 or used an option on their phone. To find the number, do these:
1) *69 is the most useful. It initially finds previous callers and their numbers, despite "Private Caller" as well as a recording.
2) 1800-555-3867 is a number that traces private calls. Just give the date and time of the call.
3) Sourmath.com is another reliable source online.
