If you are the video owner of the video you would like to disable the like bar for, then you can login and go to your video manager page and select a video and edit the details of the video to disable likes and dislikes for the certain video. The same thing can be done to your video statistics (you can hide them) and comments can also be disabled from the same editing area where you disable likes and dislikes.

A simple setting can hide all your favorite videos and subscriptions from your public channel.
1.Open YouTube and select your profile avatar in the upper right corner.
2.Select the settings menu icon - History and Privacy.
3.Check the boxes next to "Save all my favorite videos," "Save all my saved playlists," and "All my subscriptions."
4.Select Save.
You will still be able to see them, but anyone who visits you on YouTube will not.
