You don't. The "not ready for a relationship" response means that she doesn't want to date you. Saying vague things about liking you means very little in the whole scheme of things--if she was attracted to you, if she desired you, she would flirt with you, she would be eager to date you. Her "not ready for a relationship" bit will suddenly vanish when she does meet someone she feels is right for her. Don't be surprised when this occurs.
Decide this: Can you accept being nothing but a friend, being OK with her dating other guys and seek out other girls for relationships? Or do you have the idea to pose as friends with her because you are hoping you can become more later on? Would you prefer just to distance yourself from her (as you aren't already pals anyway)?
The second choice is usually a frustrating and futile one. It comes down to you sticking around with high hopes that are never met. You shouldn't dislike her or be unfriendly, but the worst thing you can do is to fake being her friend. The longer you pose as her friend or buddy (when you want to date her, and not be her buddy), the more firmly she will place you in the friend zone. This might be the time to give yourself some distance from this girl.

Its about mutual understanding, in some cases the girl is nor ready to jump into a relationship, so she asks the guy that she will not go out with him , and if the guy is understanding its no big deal.
