How do you go on a diet without your mom knowing?

1.Ok , I'm stumped! Why would you not want your mom to know. Is it because you have done this before and there might have been an indication of Anorexia? You really need to discuss this with your mom. If you really can't because of some inhibiting factors, then at least talk to a doctor before attempting to diet. This is for your own well being. Come on, you can do this. We want you to be healthy and fit!!

2. Okay, i know some of you out there are just embaressed. The turht is that you DONT miss meals, especially breakfast. Dont make yourself go hungry. Hunger is what causes fatness. Think less about losing weight and think more about eating healthily! Seriously, Its much easier and it works. You know if you tell your mum she'll just give you a long speech about how your perfect the way you are or whatever. So if you normally have a snack when you come home from school, have fruit. No, really. If your mum suspects something say you bought something from the cafeteria at school and already ate it. Just remember to not be stupid. If you turn out bulimic or anorexic ill come over there and give you a big slap.

I wouldn't like to tell my mom because she would dump a whole heap of questions on me.

Well I was wondering the same thing, only with a specific full-scale diet that cannot be altered in any way. But that would be extremely hard to execute, so I would have to either wait for my parents to go on a vacation to Israel or something for two weeks or go somewhere myself. I think that the best thing to do with parents around is to eat better during lunch when you're at school and be wise with your food choices at home (choosing baby spinach and kale over fried chicken, etc.)
