You need to go to Milano village (the first place you visit when you start the game) and at the botom left there is a portal to acces it. Also you can use a special object that is a bell that teleports you to your miniland.

Most of ppl say Ragnarok Online is like nostale but not. Nostale is REALLY cool there's no silly 3d desing nor the tooo old pixelated design. The only problem is that Nostale is too hard to lvl up after like lvl 35-40. So i don't really think there's any game like Nostale!
