To get the nuke you must have the full version, and complete the sixth or seventh mission, so go ahead and try it out! I have also found a way to get money, open cheat engine, times your money by 8, put that in cheat engine, choose size as double, scan and then make all the options to your desire (It only works if you have over 1000 money.) I hope that this worked!
