That is the Dragonarch ( i don't no how to spell it for shure but that is how it sounds ). You have to be level 26 and get a mine and some miners ( i suggest 4-5 ). Eventually the miners will find an egg. Use a Cluckles to hatch it. Depending on where you hatch it that's the color it will be ( Dirt - Brown, Grass - Green, Water - Blue ).
