It's rare but not entirely impossible.

First, your body has to release two eggs at (nearly) the same time, which is what happens when people have fraternal(non-identical) twins. Then you have to have sex with two different men in close order. Then you need the sperm from one man to fertilize one egg, and the sperm from the other man to fertilize the other egg.

The only thing in this that you can control is the "having sex with two" bit, the rest is left entirely to chance.

So to "make" it happen deliberately is pretty much impossible.
