Go to Settings from the home screen and press General. Scroll down until you find "Passcode Lock" in the list if items. Tap it and you will be sent to another page. Now press "Turn passcode on". Enter in your passcode twice and then you're ready to go! If you wan't to turn it the passcode off just go back to Settings>General>Passcode Lock and press "Turn Passcode Off".
actually you cannot figure it out once you have created it and forgot it you will have to call the following number: *611 including the astrict then you will hear "would you like to hear this in English press 1 or in Espinoza (Spanish) press 2" after that you will come to some choices click 3 then a real person will say his/her name and will ask you what can i do for and what is your phone# and she/he will guide you from there..............

reset your itouch job done will teach you to remember the code :P The important thing to remember is to Set-up as a new iPod and not restore from back up. The latter will result in the restriction code still being there.
