well, what i did was i first took every little thing that reminded me of them and i got rid of it, that's just the healing process though. it helps when you cant see things that they gave you or left, because naturally, you will think about them. second, go out with your friends, if your friends are girls and they have boyfriends, try and make it so its just a girls night so you don't feel awkward that you don't have someone to snuggle with.
