To clean stains from vinyl tabletop, I use a clean cloth and a mild dish soap and water. Dry the countertop after washing to prevent water from pooling in the seams.
Stained areas can be treated with a baking soda paste. Mix a 3:1 ratio of baking soda and water. Spread over the stain. Let sit for 3-5 minutes before wiping away. Don't scrub the countertop because, although it's a mild abrasive, the baking soda can damage the finish of the countertop.
If I were you, I would buy magic eraser. It's great. It really works. Just wet it, squeeze out excess water and with a circle movement clean the area to remove the stain.
Another suggestion, but harder to accomplished is to use a vapor steamer. They are great.
I hope this would help.

You can try a mind vinyl cleaner available at most pool supply stores, but if the burn is actually into the vinyl you may not be able to clean it entirely.
The only thing I would cuggest is repaint it.
Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser...these work for me on everything! We removed permanent marker from a white latex painted wall! :O)
George Moore lived next to Oliver St John Gogarty in Ely Place off Stephens white. Both were famous writers and both rather eccentric. All the doors of Ely Place were then painted white. Moore painted his door green so that the drunken Gogarty would not come knocking on it, thinking it to be his own door. Gogarty then painted his door red so that the drunken Moore would not come knocking on his door! So started the fashion." There is also a story that the women were tired of their husbands going in the wrong doors when they were drunk, going up the wrong stairs, into the wrong bedroom and sleeping with the wrong woman so they painted the doors different colors to help them distinguish between them. When Prince Albert, the husband of Queen Victoria, died, the Queen ordered all doors in the entire British Empire to be painted black. The Irish, being opposed to caving to such orders, immediately painted their doors as colorfully as was possible at the time.
HOD DO YOU GET SALT STAINS OFF OF SUEDE SHOES
Since I'm lacking the information of what kind of paint you used, and what kind of splatters they are, I can't really recommend a safe method for the job. While I usually recommend baking-soda scrubbing, I'm afraid it might indeed compromise the paint job. Given this information, you might want\need to either consult a professional, or scrub the stains and have the parts re-painted (easier if your door comes in panels)

Rub the stains with a rag dipped in Goof Off.
use Vanish
It will come out in the wash.
Hard water is a term that means the water has lots of minerals - hard water stains are solid deposits of those minerals left behind when the water evaporates. The water initially dissolved those minerals because it was acidic - a weak acid such as lemon juice or vinegar is usually pretty good at removing these stains; or a scrubbing paste made of baking soda and water.
If you want to get the copper stains off your finger it is best to use soap. In order to prevent the copper stains you can place a small amount of clear nail polish on the inside of the ring.
Use your washer an wash it!
