The best policy is just to be yourself. A lot of people (the young people as well) don't care for game playing and prefer the opposite sex just be themselves. All people flirt to some degree, but it comes naturally when one is trying to impress the opposite sex so don't worry about it. There might be something in your eyes she finds sexy or attractive or it could be as simple as the fact she loves your smile or the way you laugh.
