You have to get the games code and make a new game to put cheats under. You can find the code on the back of the game or at the AR title screen, where it says "Unknown game". You need to write down the code, then go to the screen where there is a list of all of the games on the AR. at the top of the list is new game. Click that, then write the name of the game, and the next part will ask for a code. Type in the code from before (include dashes-), and the AR should recognize the game now.

I have the same dang problem... easy fix! You go to the code list and enter the game name and then when it says enter game code, enter the numbers. PS it might be automatically put in and you just press save. PS, improvement from totidile ;D
