It's a relatively easy fix. You can buy the parts on Ebay either the digitizer if the LCD screen is not broken or just the LCD if it's cracked or the picture is not showing in some way. I bought mine from a domestic supplier and it only took a day shipping to arrive. There is a great YouTube video of the entire dismantling procedure. http:/www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsptxbqC-Ys http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRNzpm0UoDU The only thing it leaves out is pulling the broken digitizer out of the face frame and reinstalling the rubber gasket/adhesive onto the new part. Really simple, doesn't take more then half and hour and you can reuse the upper layer or the old digitizer as a scratch guard. Only tools you need are a very small Philips head screw driver (can get one from an eyeglass repair kit) and a small pry tool (can use practically anything). Good luck! ed
