Let it heal and start again.
Listen if you don't like your piercing go back to your piercer and have them fix it, you paid them to do a good job and obviously you are not happy with it, so contact them and tell them point blank you want it done right. Nothing to be afraid of, you paid for a service and it wasn't done right, tell them to fix it.
All navel piercings are crooked to some extent. Now if yours is completely lopsided then it would be best to take it out and get it repierced.
You can move it around after stretching or another healing process. But it's simpler to re pierce.
If Its Not Too Far From Straight Just Take Off The Top Of The Belly Ring & From Inside Move It To Where You Want It To Go & Poke It Threw. It Might Bleed A Little, But Use Peroxide On It After & You Should Be Good To Goo , .. Well That's What I Did With Mine.

The pain of the belly button piercing should subside after a week.
Piercing your belly bottom has nothing to do with having a child and it does not affect the process.
Depends on your body, how old the piercing is, and what size the piercing is.
If its crooked, it needs to heal up and be re-pierced. Trying to fix the piercing yourself can potentially cause problems. Let it heal, and get it redone. On another note, make sure you let people know about the quality of piercing you got from this place. If the piercer pierced yours crooked, it is a good chance it will happen to someone else as well.
