The only Cursed Tools I know of are in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. You need to go to the Winter Mine and go to the levels 29, 39, 49, 59, 69, and 79. Once you equip a Cursed Tool, you can't get it out of your hand until you upgrade it. Two tools require a ten day waiting period. Wait until winter and equip it. Do your usual things like feed your animals and say hello to your wife and son. Two more require 20,000 G to upgrade. You need to bless these tools by means of Carter. The last two require use . . . or 255 times!! But this is no problem. Equip the tool on a festival day, such as Horse Racing, Frisbee Tournament or Cooking Festival. Seeing as stamina and fatigue are not affected by these days, use it over and over until it upgrades. Oh yeah, and one more thing. IF you find Mythic Stones (they look like black branches), you can upgrade your Blessed Tools to Mythic Tools, which are WAAAAAY more effective than your ordinary tools, even at Mystrile level! Oh yeah, the tools only appear once all your tools are at Mystrile Level. Yes, even the fishing rod. It saves time and money if you wait till all tools are ready to go to Mystrile level instantly.

You will also need to unlock the 3rd Mine at the excavation site to find the tools. The tools will be found randomly hidden in the dirt on specific floors. When you find a new tool it will be in it's cursed form. You will need to dig in the ground using your Hoe until you get lucky and you find one. If you equip the cursed tools in your red Tool slot of your rucksack you can not remove it! The only way to remove the tool is to get it decursed. Using a cursed tool will quickly drain your stamina. Cursed Tools, mine levels Floors: 24, 35, 48, 52, 68, 71, 87, 99, 106, 118, 124, 135, 142, 153, 162, 178, 185, and 197. (this isn't just fishing rod, it is all tools)

in order to get them, you have to find all of the cursed tools. you can find them here: cursed fishing rod: mine level 29. use it 255 times cursed hoe: mine level 39. have carter bless it 10 times cursed axe: mine level 49. use it 255 times cursed hammer: mine level 59. equipt it for 10 consecutive days cursed watering can: mine level 69. have carter bless it 10 times. cursed sickle: mine level 79. equipt it for 10 consecutive days if you do this, you will get blessed tools. they are more powerful and use less stamina. once you get all of the cursed tools blessed, you will get the ore and you can have mythic tools. i personally have never done this, but i got it from gamewinners.com and found it there. i will tell u if it works when i do it myself.
