1) Log into your online account and click on "change your details" and then "change your 4-digit ID."
2) Call 450 from your Orange handset (or 07973 100 450 from a landline) and talk to a Customer Services agent to explain the problem.
3) Go to the store where you purchased the phone. Someone there should be able to help you.
