Although there are many Facebook (FB) apps that claim to report everyone who views your page, this is a little misleading.

What most FB apps do is capture all your friends who have interacted on your page, i.e posted a comment on your wall, commented on a pic or commented on one of your statuses. Essentially, these apps report what you already know and collate the information.

However, if someone views your wall, photos or notes and does not interact (does not leave a comment or does not click the 'like' button) there is no way to tell.

Facebook does not provide a built-in feature that allows users to see who has viewed their profile. Any third-party apps or websites claiming to offer this service are scams or violate Facebook's terms of service. It's important to be cautious when sharing personal information or using unauthorized apps.
