How do you erase applications from the iphone?

hold down one of the apps then they will start shaking and they will have an x on the left top of the app.press the x.Also the ones that were already on the iPod when you bought it can't erase.

You tap and hold the icon of the application you want to delete until all the icons vibrate then you tap the red x at the top right corner of the application you want to delete.

After finish you click the home button. That's it
