I believe this laptop has an option in the BIOS to enable the option to "stretch" the display. You should be able to enter the BIOS by pressing Esc when you turn the computer on, and then press F1 when prompted.
The BIOS of a Toshiba P100-160 notebook can be reset used using a system BIOS flash utility which can be obtained from Toshiba service centers. It can also be done by shorting the terminals of the computer's CMOS battery.
To enter the BIOS on a Tecra, hit the ESC key as soon as you see the Toshiba flashscreen in red. When prompted, hit the F1 key.
If referring to the BIOS password, you will need to contact a computer shop and/or Toshiba to find out how to drain the BIOS/CMOS chip to reset it.
It will be in your bios settings, try the f12 key or f2 ( depending on what type of computer and model) In their you should see user password and you have 3 types of passwords you can set.. Boot password, Hard Disk Password, and setup password.
Yes you can send this in to Toashiba and they will do it for free!!
reboot the computer at the bios screen hit f2 that will get you in
Presumably by size you mean capacity? The BIOS determines how much hard drive memory your computer can address so if you are upgrading your hard drive I suggest you check Toshiba's website and download the latest BIOS for your machine.
when troubleshooting a computer, why might you have to enter BIOS setup? List three reasons
