If there's some malfunction which makes you unable to disassemble it in the normal fashion, you need to take it in to a gunsmith so they can determine exactly what the problem is. The downside of this is that most gunsmith work costs more than what a Jennings is worth.

If it's just a round stuck in the chamber, you can often extract it by giving the slide a hard pull. Just be really careful when you do this.
