The letters AY which proceed your serial number indicate that your shotgun was made in the year 1982 by Harrington and Richardson.The disassemble of your shogun,I am not sure about.You may find a manual on E-bay,gunbroker.com,or at gunshows etc.Good luck in your search.

First, it is Harrington & Richardson. Second- it depends. What is marked on the gun? H&Rs were made in .22 Short, .22 long, .22 Long Rifle, .22 Special, .22 WRF and .22 Magnum.

Value will depend upon condition and whether you have both the .22 long rifle and the .22 Magnum RF cylinders. It will fall between $50 for fair condition and just under $200. Subtract $35 if one of the cylinders is missing. Add $35-45 for box and papers.
Current market prices for pre 1986 as well a currently produced single shot, break/hinged action .44 Mag H&R rifles (Pardner series) range from around $150 in well used condition to slightly over $225 for better condition pieces. NIB can be had for around $275.
