1.) If you don't activate your account within a week, your account gets deleted
2.) If you are banned for usually more then seven months to a year, you are usually a permi-ban.
Also, Kolink wants to give players a chance on here, won't make him look good if he goes and deletes a hundred accounts, would he?
And there is only a few thousand on pokefarm, not in the millions yet.
