Delete music/videos off of it
No, iPod software will not delete your music.
To delete videos, go into the videos section on your iPod, tap and hold the movie you want to delete, and slide it to the right. Then, hit the delete button on the movie.
You will be given the option to transfer your ipod's music/videos etc. to the blank library.
no it will not delete it by itself but to download things that are new onto tour iPod then you are going to have to delete it or start downloading things on your iPod with your old computer again.
all you have to do is go to your videos and hold down the middle button on the video you wanna delete then it says delete or delete all click wat you wanna do and that's how you delete a video from an iPod

To delete camera videos, you go to that video, hold the center button, and choose delete.
To save space on an iPod, don't put games, music, videos, or photos that you never see or use. This will save you space in the long run.
It will delete music from iPod Touch, but the regular iPod i don't know about.
delete it from your library in itunes
You can open the settings app and go to General->Usage There you can delete data from apps. This will delete all the videos and if your looking to delete a few videos and it won't then I don't know what to do for you except restore which will delete everything off your iPod.
