The only way to remove a name or account from the Innotab2 is to restore factory settings - BEWARE . . . if you do this you will lose any data, photos, videos etc stored in the memory, although anything stored on an SD card will not be lost. If you have stuff stored in memory, use file manager to back it up on yo9ur computer before resetting, then copy b ack to the Innotab afterwards.
