If it's on our wall there are two ways to do it:
If it was posted by someone else in response to something you posted, there will be a delete link beside the remark.
If it was something you posted or if it was posted on your wall by someone else, hover over the posting (put your mouse over it) and "Remove" will show up on the right-hand side of the post. Click on it and it will be gone.

I wrote a tool to help with this exact problem. Check out http://fufb.me/ and sign up to test the functional beta if you are interested. It not only deletes posts from your page that match particular keywords or date ranges, but it will delete your posts from your friends pages that meet the same criteria, along with comments or likes you may have made on others' posts. It saves the hassle of having to click delete on each and every post or comment you don't want.
