How do you copy pictures on the IPod Touch?

open up the picture from your emails, then take a snapshot (press the lock button and home button at the same time) then it'll be saved to your pictures:)

OR.......

you can do the one above (which is the way I used to do it) or you can do it like this:

1) Open the email with the photo (obviously)

2) Press/touch the photo for a few seconds

3) Then there an option should pop up to Save Image

4) Press Save Image

5) The photo should appear in your Gallery in it's correct size

touch and hold the picture with your thumb and then it should turn blue and ask you to copy it
