No. Go talk to your doctor if you want the piercing to close up that badly. Over time the piercing will shrink and will become unnoticeable
You could use a band-aid to cover it, and say you got a scratch. Or, you could replace the current piercing with a clear piercing. Those are pretty hard to catch unless you're looking. I wouldn't suggest using coverup though, as that may cause an infection.

Instruments used for piercing need to be sterilized, you could do the piercing incorrectly, and you could end up with serious problems if the piercing is not performed correctly. If you can't get the piercing done by someone who is trained to do them, then you need to wait until you can.
