Go to Account - top right corner of the FB page. Click that then select Privacy Settings from the Drop Down Menu. Go through all the menu's under privacy - set everything to FRIENDS ONLY. Then click the link to PREVIEW your profile. You will then see what non-friends see. Which should be your Profile Pic (Can't privatize that - so choose a non face one if you are hiding) and at the least the public pages you are a fan of.
You will have to privatize your photo albums separately.
