Okay, first you need to know the penguins name. Then when you have typed the name press 'I don't know my password'. You will have to get to the persons computer. You also have to know the persons email. When you are on their computer look at their email and wright down the password. When you get back home you can go and change their password,and you can go on their penguin. The person will have to be a friend or family.

If you forgot your password and you want to change it enter Club penguin and click on "forgot password?" It should tell you to put in your penguin's name and the e-mail that you used for that penguin. then, go on your e-mail press the link that it shows and change your password
