Log In Your Account, Then Go To Setting, Then Change Your Password !
I do not think there is any limit to the number of times you can change a password.
If this has happened as it did to me, then click on FORGOT PASSWORD and change it, and change your email password too, it will kick them off, also change your passwords frequently.
