No, not that it makes any sense to do so. The Report Card is just a report. The actual grades are submitted through another system and recorded there. Changing the report card does nothing to change the grades reported.
Go to summerschool, and follow the teacher's directions. He/She may make up for those bad grades and change them to the grades you want.
