um i dont think so and also i no this has nothing to do with your answer but does anyone know if it is possible to buy a blue webslider in australia? sorry if this didnt help you No you don't you can also use Boost Mobile
Yes the LG KS360 (Webslider) CAN be PrePaid. In Australia it is Locked to Boost ( run by Optus) on PrePaid but if you do not like the idea of Boost being the network of the phone, you can go to a mobile phone retailer or the place it was bought from and get it Unlocked to Telstra or any other network. I am with Telstra on a Webslider and it IS a good phone no matter what other people say about it and yeah it is a bit of a downer that the touch screen only works for dialling numbers but better some than none, right? Hope I have helped
Yes all you have to do is buy an unlocked Nokia c3 and put a Telstra simcard in it Its that simple :) !! I have one and it is better with optus boost because it is not ment to be with telstra Hope this helps !! :) Cookie Monster COOL THANX REALLY NEEDED THAT CAUSE I HAVE TELSTRA AND THATS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN GET IN MY HOUSE LOCATION AREA
No you cant only in telstra
Yes, you can because Boost Mobile is locked to the Optus Network.
"Is optus and boost the same," is just like saying can you "get on optus with a boost mobile" I'm sorry but I'm not quite sure weather you can get onto an optus plan or pre-paid on a boost mobile, but if you can answer that question once you have found out then click on the answer bar and type in your answer. d:p (look sideways to under stand the image)
You will need to ring telstra, optus or who ever you are with and ask for your number.

I had to unlock my phone and what you do is ring up your current provider and they will give you a code to put in to your phone which will unlock it from the provider and then you can use any sim card from any provider in the phone.
Australia has 3 major mobile networks - Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone. All are 3G-GSM carriers. Telstra has the biggest range, but is the most expensive. If you're going into rural areas, Telstra is your best bet. Optus is a good compromise between range and price. They cover all of the cities, but there are many more gaps in coverage compared to Telstra's network. Vodafone isn't really a major player, although their network is only slightly smaller than Optus's. There is also Three and Virgin Mobile.
It depends weather your with Optus, Telstra... I am with Optus so you call Customer Service the Optus number is 1300 555 002.
Optus is probably the most superior as it is the second largest telecommunication company in Austrailia, and boost mobile is merely a subsidiary brand.
