Just go to Google and find a picture you like. Then save it to Downloads or to a folder. Once it's there, just right-click on the picture and click on "Set as Background". Go to your desktop and it should be there.
The iPad does not have a Background Colour. You can choose a Photo for your iPad Home Screen and Lock Screen!
you can not change the background You can set a lock-screen or home-screen background by going to "Settings" then "Wallpaper" you can select an image from Apple's default selection or a picture you have put onto your device. After selection the image you want to use, tap the image. This will bring up a preview screen. Once you are happy with the background tap "Set" and you will be asked if you want to set the image as the lock screen background, home screen background or both.
You have to go to settings, click on background, they will give you a variety of backgrounds or you could go to camera roll

Green screen photography is a technique where a subject is filmed or photographed in front of a solid green or blue background, which is later replaced with a different image or video during post-production. This process, known as chroma keying, allows for the creation of complex scenes or environments that would be difficult or impossible to capture in real life. The green (or blue) background is chosen because these colors are not commonly found in human skin tones or clothing, making it easier to isolate and remove. Once the background is keyed out using editing software like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects, a new background—such as a cityscape, nature scene, or digital effect—can be added, making it widely used in film, television, photography, and virtual environments.
That depends on which one you are referring to. It could either be called the "splash screen" or the "welcome screen". The "splash screen" is the screen that shows the progress of the operating system loading. For example, in Windows XP, the splash screen shows the Windows XP logo, along with a progress bar at the bottom. The "welcome screen" appears immediately following the splash screen, and is what allows you to log into your computer after the operating system finishes booting up.
