I think at under 16 you should not have the need to buy cigarettes, and actually it is illegal. To be honest it is a shame if you are seriously addicted that young, do you really have any idea what you are doing yourself. So my advice is seek help to quit, instead of wasting your money on killing yourself! If You Cant Quit And Still Wanna Smoke Then I Used To Stand Outside The Shop (Around The Corner Whatever) And Ask Someone With A Cig In Their Hand If They Will Go In For You, Just be Careful With That. I Used To be Able To Get Served At 14 In One Shop, You Could Try, It Wont Hurt If You Do. Ask Your Parents If They know. If Not, Im Out Of Ideas =]
