For production of 4 liters of tea / brew you will need:
- 35 kg of triturated lianas (Banisteriopsis caapi)
- 15 kg of whole leaves of Psycotria viridis
Obs.: Don't use these dry extracts sold thereabout by the net, they don't produce nor 1/10 of a dose!
Cook the material 5 times, by 6 hours each, putting 10 liters of water for each time. At the end of 2-3 days you will have 4 liters of solution, because part of water has evaporated during the cooking. This is a 1st degree Ayahuasca, for light effect you might ingest 200ml.
You can fever to concentrate the drink still more. The Ayahuasca substances are not destroyed by the ebullition or dehydration.

Ayahuasca is a brew made from the boiled parts of the ayahuasca vine and one or more other plants from the rainforests of the Amazon. Most of the time, it includes chacruna leaves.
Ayahuasca is a brew used in sacred rituals by South-American native tribes. It is composed of a plant containing DMT, and a plant which acts as a MAOI. When ingested, this plant is a strong purgative that purifies the body and soul, and produces visionnary states of consciousness.
Yes. Absolutely yes. There are two types of chemicals within the ayahuasca brew, an MAOI (which, in the brew, is found in Banisteropis Caapi) and DMT (the plant which provides this changes), which is what causes the hallucinations. Both of these occur naturally within the human body. If you had to take a drug test specifically for DMT, they may be able to determine it in large levels, but the only way you would have to do that is if you have a possession charge for DMT specifically.
The National Geographic magazine has published a few stories on the ayahuasca. Another great place to find information or photos of the ayahuasca is on a website dedicated to the ayahuasca.
Ayahuasca is a medicinal brew. It is remarkable in that at least 72 different indigenous tribes of the Amazonia are aware of, and actively use it. It is known to produce significant mental, spiritual, and physical effects, and is most often used in a ceremonial setting. Brewing the Ayahuasca is banned in Canada at the present time. It is legal however to purchase the plant itself, and you can do so from the links provided.

However, in other countries, including the United States and many European nations, ayahuasca is considered a controlled substance and its use is prohibited without specific permissions or licenses. Although you can find ayahuasca in all areas of Peru, you must consider that it is specifically a religious undertaking there. You won't be able to find some drug dealer to sell you ayahuasca, rather, your best luck would be to get in touch with the Soga del Alma -- this is the church of the soul, and the main provider for ayahuasca ceremonies in Iquitos. They do have a website ( http://www.soga-del-alma.org/ ) where you can find contact and booking information.
