A scene queen is a famous scene girl. To become one you need to.....

1) Get famous for something

2) Have alot of friends on social networking sites (myspace, facebood, twitter, bebo, buzznet, ect..)

3) Look like a scene queen (hair,clothes,makeup,jewelry,ect..)

4) You have to have a scene name

5) You have to be a girl (or atleast look like a girl)

6) Be a scene kid (duhhhh!)

7) Start some kind of scene kid fashion trend

8) Have the scene kid/queen attitude
