It depends on the gun and the bi-pod. Some minor wobble can be expected from most airsoft guns.
If you have to insert something onto your weapon, go to the weapon selection and below the picture of the weapon you can change it.
No: they appear to be the same but are very different, Air soft is used in team games where you shoot each other. BB guns are used for target practice, rodent control and hunting. If you are struck with a BB it can harm you or even cause death under certain circumstances. Never point a BB gun at someone.

You could take the bi-pod off of the Longshot CS-6 and stick it on other blasters like the Recon, or just stick it in a position where it can get a clean shot and not move.

Not very easily. Most break barrel rifles have a notch running under the stock so you would have to mount the bi-pod way back on the stock, making it unbalanced. This is not something I would recommend. I would suggest you get a set of "Sandbags Rest" for rifles and place the rifle on them to shoot.
If the flash hider is removable then you just screw it off and screw on a silencer. If the flash hider doesn't come off there is currently no good solution other than modifying both the flash hider and a silencer to attach and be secured on the gun.
there is a timer on the gun that made the gun shoot at set time so it never shot its self out of the sky
