Get your friends to ask him for you or get your friends who is friends with him or one of his friends to ask him if he likes you. If the answer is yes then have your friend tell his friend or him that you like him and then he will most likely ask you out.

Ask him out through text or kik. It will be a lot easier and since you can see the text without opening the conversation, if there is a dark d next to the text that means he definetly got the text and maybe saw it in his alerts. If there is an r it means he read the text, if there is an s it means it was sent to him but he didn't get it yet, if there is a light d then he needs to turn on his phone or iPod or whatever, and if there is a "..." that means you need wifi lol. And just ask him with emojis through the text and don't say "Will you be my boyfriend" say "Will you go out with me?" even though you most likely won't even go anywhere lol. If he says no then just say it was a dare.
