You need the services of a gunsmith.
At a good gunsmith's shop. Maybe Numrich's Gun Parts (search gunpartscorp) For the complete trigger guard assembly, including trigger, safety, springs, pins etc., you can get it from Numrich, Midway USA, Brownells or direct from Marlin. If it's just the trigger or other individual trigger guard parts you need, you'll have to get those from Numrich for a different model Marlin.
I'm not sure why you want a two stage trigger. There are a number of aftermarket triggers available from Timney, Jard, Rifle Basix and DAYTON TRAISTER for the Ruger M 77 MKII. Most require some fitting for the safety cam. Wolf Springs also offers replacement springs that will lighten the pull slightly. BS Firearms Services
http://www.gunsprings.com/RifleShotgun/Winchester_RsNF.HTMLWinchester m74 trigger, and partsyou can find trigger springs or whatever your looking for at e-gunparts.com, that's the only online source I'm aware of, they usually have everything. The Model 74 isn't too common a rifle, but i have two of them which i have worked on and know quite well. The trigger spring doesn't do much, and provides minimum function, the trigger spring is rather simple, a 3 sided small wire bent around the trigger against the magazine tube housing. its funny how simple it is
